About Us

We work on data science research based on statistics, computer science, machine learning, computational intelligence, and knowledge for the field in order to discover useful knowledge from data and to apply it. Based on this concept, we research and develop about fundamental techniques for collection and analysis of behavior logs such as purchase histories and access logs and their applications.

「統計学，計算機科学，機械学習，計算知能および現場の知識を駆使し，データから有用な知見を発見し活用する研究の展開」をコンセプトに，購買履歴やアクセスログなどの行動ログの収集・分析に関する要素技術とその応用について研究・開発を行っています．特に，協調フィルタリングと呼ばれる情報推薦のアプローチや価値推定を対象とした予測モデルの構築に関心を持っています．
